Forty five years ago, William 'Bill' Helman fell in love with Siberian Huskies. It wasn't just one aspect of the dog that drew him in, but every part of them. It was their temperament, personality, beauty, and grace. It was the shared thrill of adventure and the common love of the wilderness.
He was only twelve. But that first dog, who happened to belong to his sisters-in-laws, set in motion a series of events that would change Bill's world. He devoured every bit of information on the breed that he could get his hands on...and then he began to discover his own facts by learning about the breed, hands on.
In the last twenty years, Bill Helman has become one of the most accomplished and well-known advocates for the Siberian Husky. It is not just those involved in the world of sled dogs that he is seeking out - no, he is seeking out any one who owns, or cares for an animal. From the muscle laden Siberian Husky down, to the scantily furred Chinese Crested, to everything between - he wants to make their world a better place.
Bill Helman's devotion to both his four legged family and the world around him has resulted in the creation of a multitude of websites. Many of these sites focus on the protection, health, and promotion of, not just dogs, but all animals. These sites advocate proper care and offer important lessons on being involved in the life of an animal.
As humans, it is our responsibility to make sure that we are not encroaching on the well being of our four legged companions. Bill Helman is determined to help spread this message as far as he can.
Much like the huskies that he loves so much, the draw of adventure always lingers in Bill Helman's blood. It is the driving force behind his every thought.

I am the WooFDriver and I have so much fire burning in me to explore all my dreams. My dogs have showed me the trail and constantly take me there to set sail!!. In my life like the dogs, I strive to ride the path of least resistance and make my existence as soft and uncomforming as water. This gentle flow is always calming and in sunlight will shine with a beauty that is alluring!!The movement and power of water can always be transformed into a wave of force that is unstoppable so we must manage it's course!! That is where balance must be sourced. This awesome power that can form instantly can reflect our lives and all we can be. Flowing energy can empower our minds and devour our negative side. If we can ride that energy we can achieve almost anything!!But if we are rigid and closed minded are bodies can hit the surface without a defined purpose!!
